The Games Award announces nominations for the best games of 2016

As every year, The Game Awards are one of the most anticipated awards that determine which of the best electronic games gamers have been watching over the past few months. The event is considered to be one of the most prestigious and anticipated awards in the market and in 2016 already announced the nominees in 24 different categories, including the “best game of the year”. The big highlights for the national scene this year include the video game competitions: The Brazilian Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player Marcelo “coldzera” David was nominated in 2016 as one of the best eSport competitors.

The winners of all categories will be announced on December 1st at a concert at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, which will be streamed live on the Internet. You can see the full list of nominees in the list below:
